Community Employment

In the community employment program, CDS staff match the your business with a client who will best fit your needs. CDS staff trains the employee to per-form the job to your specifications. Even after the employee's training is complete, our job coaches make routine follow-up visits on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule to ensure that the employer-employee relationship is beneficial for both parties.
